Position SummaryThe Manager of ERP Systems embodies the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, adhering to our Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program while complying with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing the ERP systems at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. The Manager will ensure the effective operation of our ERP system, coordinating across various administrative departments and engaging with end users to enhance their experience. Additionally, this position entails ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and meeting departmental performance metrics.

Our commitment to excellence drives us to ensure that our systems operate seamlessly together.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business units to identify ERP requirements and optimization opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to resolve ERP system and operational challenges.
- Establish a team responsible for installing and integrating ERP software and applications, developing training and support for end users, and designing user-friendly interfaces.
- Possess knowledge of Cloud Computing and SaaS.
- Facilitate the delivery of work using Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
- Monitor, measure, and report on customer service levels against established performance standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively execute projects, ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery of IT commitments.
- Manage resource flexibility for all direct reports and assist in their career development.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and management policies to ensure cost-effectiveness, negotiate licensing agreements, and plan for significant software/infrastructure upgrades.
- Exhibit the ability to navigate and lead through changing environments, managing change efficiently and effectively.
- Administer operating and capital budgets to align with organizational goals.
- Uphold integrity, credibility, and ethical behavior in all professional interactions.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Services management and ERP systems.
- Proven project and process management skills.
- Experience in budget management.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in negotiating with external vendors and managing vendor contracts.
- Excellent team-building and communication skills.
- Outstanding coordination, facilitation, consultation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Management experience with complex, cross-organizational systems.
Preferred:
- Background in healthcare technology.
- Master's degree in a related field.
