Job Summary

As a Mortgage Loan Originator at LINKBANK, you will play a critical role in developing new mortgage business, maintaining a current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and providing exceptional client service to all members of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, real estate professionals, attorneys, financial contacts, and community leaders to promote goodwill and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet with prospective clients, take mortgage applications, and develop personalized plans based on their needs and goals.
  • Identify marketing opportunities to promote our bank's products and services, including consumer and real estate agent education initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit mortgage applications and required documents to our mortgage loan operations system and/or mortgage operations staff.
  • Collaborate with our management team to ensure effective compliance with our bank's policies and procedures.
  • Exemplify our customer service philosophy by providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, as well as third-party vendors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in mortgage originations
  • NMLS Certification
  • Strong computer knowledge and Windows skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, sales, and organizational skills
