Position Summary
As a Patient Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient satisfaction and ensuring a positive healthcare experience. Your efforts will be recognized as you collaborate with various stakeholders to create a safe and engaging environment for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients, caregivers, and leadership to assess and improve the performance of the environmental services department.
- Conduct and analyze client and customer surveys, responding promptly and effectively to feedback.
- Develop tailored patient satisfaction action plans to meet the unique needs of each account.
- Support the achievement of client objectives to ensure account retention and satisfaction.
- Contribute to hospital committees focused on patient satisfaction and quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies and oversee patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Participate in monthly meetings with fellow Patient Experience Managers to share updates and best practices.
- Engage in ongoing learning sessions to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Recognize and celebrate employee achievements in implementing successful programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred.
- Experience in hospitality or healthcare is advantageous.
- A minimum of three years in customer service operations is required.
- Strong coaching and training abilities are essential.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
