Position Summary

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or healthcare is advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years in customer service operations is required.
  • Strong coaching and training abilities are essential.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
