Brickmont at Roswell is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Assistant Director of Wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding Resident care.
- Oversee and facilitate all services provided to Residents, including coordination with external health care providers as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments, negotiate service plans, and develop service schedules tailored to Resident requirements.
- Guarantee timely assessments of Residents and appropriate billing based on those evaluations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Support Assistants (PSA).
- Actively participate in filling scheduling gaps and provide support as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction within the residence.
- Promptly address complaints, reporting findings and recommendations to the Executive Director.
- Ensure effective follow-up communication with complainants and resolve substantiated issues satisfactorily.
- Adhere to all regulations and standards related to Resident care, including State Regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Exhibit professionalism in interactions with Residents, families, colleagues, and the public.
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or a compact license.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with a preference for management experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with Residents and staff.
- Experience working with Seniors is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with all stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet departmental deadlines.
