We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Altitude Sports and Entertainment. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at our stadium.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and other department managers to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Assist with employee interactions, including customer service games, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct surveys and secret shops to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and address problematic issues and concerns, escalating them to management as needed.
- Maximize employee and customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Fluency in English required; bilingual skills a plus.
