Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by connecting with customers, consulting with them on our products, and closing sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance goals on a daily basis.
  • Comply with our cash handling guidelines and security protocols.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, pricing, and visual merchandising.
  • Rapidly and accurately refill and replenish merchandise on the sales floor using RFID-enabled inventory processes.
  • Utilize basic technology skills, including iOS and device troubleshooting.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Exhibits structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable characteristics.
