Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by connecting with customers, consulting with them on our products, and closing sales.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance goals on a daily basis.
- Comply with our cash handling guidelines and store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
- Assist with stock replenishment, pricing, and maintaining store appearance in accordance with our visual presentation standards.
- Rapidly and accurately refill and replenish merchandise on the sales floor using RFID-enabled inventory processes.
- Utilize basic technology skills, including iOS and device troubleshooting, to support sales floor operations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Exhibits structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable characteristics.
