Our extensive experience, technical proficiency, and diverse portfolio in the wireless sector have empowered us to adapt and innovate in response to emerging technologies and evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Manage daily tasks including Office 365 deployments, configurations, patching, reporting, imaging, and deployment of laptops and desktops.
- Efficiently triage and resolve support tickets while maintaining an organized inventory of supplies and hardware.
- Track assets and maintain a daily follow-up list for the team.
- Provide support for IT requests through various communication channels, ensuring clarity in both technical and non-technical terms.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a computer-related field or a minimum of two years of experience in a help desk support capacity.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory Administration, Group Policy, SharePoint, and database management.
- Experience with scripting languages is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Professional, are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate and work across various technological platforms while providing outstanding support to our clients and internal teams.
