We are seeking a dedicated Duct Cleaning Technician to help homeowners improve their indoor air quality and ensure the efficiency of their HVAC systems. This role is crucial in diagnosing and assessing ductwork issues, providing clients with clear recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential duct cleaning services while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Diagnose and assess ductwork issues, providing clients with clear recommendations.
  • Operate specialized cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
  • Communicate openly with clients about the services performed and answer any questions.
  • Keep accurate records of services and materials used.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or a related residential service field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
