We are a family-oriented company with a strong presence in the Midwest and East coast. As a result of our growth, we have a need for another sales professional to join our Water & Wastewater Team as an Outside Sales Representative. This role is a full-time position on our Water & Wastewater Team.

What You'll Do
- Travel within assigned sales territory to meet with water & wastewater customers
- Provide solutions to water & wastewater customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory
- Meet/exceed sales goals for our products and services
- Collaborate with customers and identify the most effective solutions
- Educate customers on how our products and services can benefit them
- Stay current with new products, competitors, and industry trends
- Ensure customers receive best-in-class experience
Requirements
We're looking for a sales professional with:
- Post High School further education; Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated water & wastewater experience and/or service & repair experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and positive attitude
- Ability to cold call and prospect for business (hunter mentality)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
- Exercise good troubleshooting skills
