Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading sports activities and developing young children's skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sports activities and games for children aged 3-12 years old
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to promote physical activity and skill development
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: Previous experience coaching, teaching, or leading kids' activities preferred
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work with children of varying ages and abilities
  • Availability: Availability to work on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and some availability to coach classes on weekdays
