Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide technical expertise for mid to large-scale projects.
  • Lead technical client relationships and play a significant role in business development.
  • Enhance departmental technical expertise and lead initiatives for growth.
  • Provide specialized technical input for studies and designs within your area of expertise.
  • Approve and sign off on project work.
  • Serve as a leader in one or more technology areas.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) License in California or the ability to obtain within 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
  • Experience in geotechnical civil design for levees and dam projects.
  • Experience in PSE package creation.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong background in geotechnical engineering.
