Store Operations Manager

At CH Carolina Herrera, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury retail team. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including stock control, cash management, and sales forecasts
- Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through effective client relations and loyalty programs
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a cohesive and motivated team
- Ensure a high level of visual merchandising standards, including window displays and in-store presentations
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion brands
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
