About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Product Sales Specialist to join our sales team at Swope Automotive Group. As a Product Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, asking questions and listening carefully to provide personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Proactively consult and guide customers to the appropriate next step in the sales process, including vehicle appraisal, test drives, finance applications, and service.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, and close the deal.
  • Vehicle Delivery: Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Follow-up and Customer Satisfaction: Provide an exceptional experience, driving loyalty by regularly following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory display and organization of all keys to keep the experience as smooth as possible.
  • Training and Development: Complete training with manufacturers to become a Certified Product Specialist.
Requirements
  • Proven Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Goal-Oriented: Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with company standards of productivity.
  • Exceeding Sales and Customer Service Goals: Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Technology Skills: Strong telephone and technology skills, including computers, smartphones, and social media.
  • Follow-up and Follow-up Again: The willingness to follow up, and follow up again, with customers.
