Our Clinical Nurses

As a Clinical Nurse with Mercy Business and Employee Health Services, you will play a critical role in helping us maintain a healthy workforce. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Triage of patients with work-related injuries
  • Monitoring clinic flow to ensure timely patient care
  • Referral scheduling and authorizations
  • Patient education
  • Supporting medical assistants as needed
  • Performing various other duties as directed by management and clinical supervisors

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A degree from an accredited nursing school - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • One or more years of experience in emergency room, occupational health facility, or similar setting
  • A Registered Nurse license in Maryland
  • CPR certification
