Clinical Outcomes Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outcomes Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our Department of Clinical Excellence, you will play a critical role in improving quality care outcomes and elevating nursing professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to ICU Stepdown, PCU, OROC, IR, and Virtual Hospital Care departments
  • Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation and positively influence nursing care delivery
  • Lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum
  • Apply influence across the three spheres of patient/family, staff, and system to transform healthcare delivery

Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam
  • 5-7 years of relevant RN experience required; telemetry experience highly preferred
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License required
  • Cardiac experience preferred
