**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst I to join our team at Cadence Bank in Tupelo, MS. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to provide exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our employees.

As a Technical Support Analyst I, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-level user support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. You will work closely with our IT teams to implement equipment configurations, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Field incoming calls to the Service Desk queue and provide necessary triage, support, and direction.
  • Document all requests in the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Provide initial end-user support to all company employees across all lines of business.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred) or equivalent experience and technical certifications.
  • Minimum of one year in a Service Desk or end-user support role with experience supporting/troubleshooting hardware, desktop applications, and/or other end-user support needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows 10), Windows applications (including the MS Office Suite and Outlook), and LAN/WAN technology.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
