We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at The Learning Experience.

About Us: At The Learning Experience, we revolutionize early education by creating engaging and fun learning environments that foster joy, exploration, and growth in children. Our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum utilizes immersive technology, interactive materials, and expert educators to ensure each child's unique development.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
  • Implement our comprehensive L.E.A.P curriculum, leveraging our innovative characters and tools to make learning an enjoyable experience.
  • BUILD meaningful relationships with families and colleagues, promoting seamless play and learning experiences.
  • Regularly communicate with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions, sharing their child's progress and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • Hold one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
