Job Overview
Precise and skilled individuals are needed to enhance the durability, resistance, and aesthetic appeal of wood doors at Prescott Industries. As a Wood Coating Specialist, you will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coats to wood doors.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of related painting experience, including color mixing/matching. Experience with surface preparation, spray painting, and finishing processes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and performing other necessary pre-treatment processes.
* Accurately mix and match paint according to customer specifications.
* Skillfully apply paint coatings using spray guns and other application tools.
* Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and uniformity of coating.

Educational Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment
* Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.
* Pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and frequent lifting of heavy objects.
* Must be able to move and lift up to 100 pounds unassisted.
