Mission Management Equipment Responsible Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Management Equipment Responsible Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating mission management systems for our cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop computer and network architectures for mission management systems
- Perform hardware integration and testing, and requirements analysis
- Conduct trade studies, document subsystem architectures, and analyze performance
- Collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders to integrate mission management subsystems
- Technical management of program strategic partners and suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of related professional/military experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 7 years of related professional/military experience, or a Ph.D. and 4 years of related professional/military experience
- Active DoD Secret clearance that is in-scope
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Demonstrated experience in Ethernet-based networking design, cyber security, and Risk Managed Framework (RMF)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
- Possess a DODD 8570 certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar network/security certifications
- Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of Ethernet based avionics bus interfaces, integrated avionics systems, and operational ground systems

The salary range for this position is $114,900 - $172,300. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
