Sales Representative for Educational Institutions

About the Role:

eLuma is a leading provider of live, online therapy services and software solutions for kids and adolescents. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in selling our services directly to school districts, charter schools, and other educational facilities in the Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and nurture a pipeline of opportunities
  • Demonstrate eLuma's proprietary software and solutions to potential clients
  • Sign on new accounts and help follow through on new contracts
  • Work with the implementation team to get new accounts up and running
  • Rapidly build territory through thoughtful, consultative sales that position our clients for success
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with decision makers in your territory

Requirements:

  • Results-driven, professional, and motivated by helping a team achieve aggressive goals
  • Financial acumen to maintain and grow revenue and renewals
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, contracting, negotiating, and change management
  • Experience with pipeline management
  • Understanding of SalesForce and Google Apps preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to travel up to 35% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
