Your Role
We're seeking an ambitious Customer Service Professional to join our team As a key member of our center, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with current and prospective customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be responsive, eager to learn, and able to build lasting relationships. You'll work closely with our Franchisee or Center Manager to develop annual sales plans, identify sales prospects, and implement effective marketing strategies. Your tasks will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a database of qualified leads
  • Following up on new leads and referrals
  • Consultative selling and making recommendations to customers
  • Preparing estimates and establishing/maintaining estimate follow-up procedures
  • Maintaining an attractive retail environment
