About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales/Service Admin to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support through efficient and effective communication, data entry, and order management.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for order entry, phone support, message management, and CRM data entry, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Act as primary liaison between departments to meet customer needs, monitoring expected ship dates and expediting orders as needed.
  • Provide superior customer service by identifying issues, devising solutions, and driving timely closures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communicate effectively via phone and email.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and/or customer service administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex product lines with proper training.
  • Strong sales-minded attitude, understanding the importance of the customer experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems/order entry processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Estimate Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
