Hartford 21, a 262-unit high-rise located in the heart of downtown Hartford, CT, is home to our community. Our residents enjoy exclusive access to amenities like a 24-hour concierge service and a dog park.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing assistance or information regarding the community, its facilities, and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer questions and make arrangements for dining, entertainment, sports events, tours, health and beauty services, childcare, transportation, religious worship, cultural activities, shopping, floral services, and other services.
  • Provide directions to the community and its facilities.
  • Process and notify residents of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages.
  • Maintain current information and materials regarding community facilities and services and local restaurants and attractions.
  • Support Fire Command Station Leader during emergency situations.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Knowledge and working experience with Windows applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • The ability to learn and maintain extensive knowledge of the community, its facilities, and services.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to accomplish goals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including packages or other items delivered to the community.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
