Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Production Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a combination of duties in assembly of final assembly components according to specifications, using hand and power tools, wiring diagrams, and following verbal and tablet instructions.
  • Use hand and power tools to secure assemblies to chassis and connect them using wire harnesses.
  • Work in a push line or batch process to combine tasks, reduce tool changes, and effectively maximize labor efforts.
  • Use wire splicing and crimping tools to complete various wire harnesses.
  • Follow established work instructions provided verbally, visually, and following tablet-based work instructions.
  • Read work orders and follow bill of materials and bill of operations.
  • Assemble electro-mechanical products.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1-year experience is preferred.
  • Good mechanical aptitude using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
  • Knowledge in performing crimping, soldering, and assembly is preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of BOMs, assembly drawings, and other related manufacturing documents is preferred.
