Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Regional Director of Education to join our team at Spring Education Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving academic excellence and operational efficiency across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to campus leaders, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Oversee multiple campus operations, including quality measures for leadership, safety, school business goals, and classroom instruction.
  • Conduct regular campus visits and report on overall performance, providing quality control measures to ensure adherence to our standards and policies.
  • Ensure each campus operates within budget and meets enrollment targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership training program for campus leaders.
  • Supervise, guide, mentor, train, retain, and coach campus leaders to ensure exceptional teacher performance and consistent practices across campuses.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop campus leaders who are savvy in managing and growing their campuses.
  • Observe, coach, and maintain high levels of teacher performance and consistent practices across campuses.
  • Work closely with the Education Team to attain and maintain accreditation and support the delivery of teacher professional development.
Requirements
  • BA or higher, with 5+ years of experience as a Head of School leading school operations.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams with full oversight of all aspects of campus business.
  • P-12 teaching experience or head of curriculum development, corporate L&D.
  • Three to five years of successful multi-site management in education or related environment, preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position frequently involves long hours and widely diverse duties. Must be able to bend, stoop, and perform extensive walking. Occasionally, lift up to 30 pounds. Generally works in a standard office environment. Works in a fast-paced, environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines and a diverse array of contacts. Extensive computer time and extended periods of sitting. Travel by car and air is required.

In general, this position requires an individual to frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language.

In addition, this position often requires an individual to carry, lift, use repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally push, pull, or bend.

This position is regularly required to hear and use clear vision with or without correction.
