Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to join our team at Healthcare Nursing Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Develop and oversee individualized care plans for residents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and Develop Nursing Staff: Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents, including specialized services for memory care and other complex needs.
  • Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster Person-Centered Care: Foster a person-centered care approach, respecting residents' rights to participate in their care plan development and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure Staff Training: Ensure staff receive specialized training and education to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Manage Medication Administration: Monitor and manage medication administration, ensuring compliance with state regulations and training requirements.
  • Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN Licensure: Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania is required.
  • Experience in Senior Living: Experience in senior living, particularly in personal care and memory care communities, is preferred.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
