Event Overview:
As a ticketing box office intern, you will gain valuable experience in ticket sales, operations, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include addressing ticketing inquiries at the box office, ensuring guests have the correct credentials for their designated areas, and assisting management with ticketing processes and platforms. Upon completion of your shift, you will have the opportunity to enjoy general admission to the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests by providing accurate event information
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Process Will Call ticket orders efficiently and accurately
  • Represent AEG and its partners with professionalism and integrity
  • Demonstrate punctuality and self-motivation with attention to detail
  • Communicate essential information effectively with clients and guests
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to all clients and guests
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Current college student pursuing a degree in hospitality, marketing, sports management, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Desire to build a career in sports and live entertainment
  • Ability to provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work ethic
  • Previous ticket sales experience is advantageous
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED
Compensation and Schedule:
The pay rate is $16 per hour.
