TAT Technologies is seeking skilled Aircraft Landing Gear Technicians to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, repairing, assembling, testing, and painting components, parts, and tools related to LRUs.
  • Maintaining equipment and tools pertinent to the operational area.
  • Following and adhering to detailed work instructions.
  • Creating precise and technical reports as required.
  • Working autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams.
  • Completing work orders, BOMs, and data entries accurately within the ERP system.
  • Interpreting and understanding regulatory documents from Commercial, FAA, EASA, Repair Station, and ISO standards.
  • Utilizing appropriate tools effectively and safely.
  • Practicing safe and efficient tool usage.
  • Providing mentorship and training to fellow personnel.
  • Reporting any safety, quality, or ethical concerns to supervisors for prompt resolution.
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Technical training in mechanics or machinist courses is advantageous.
  • Preferred experience of at least 2 years in a related field.
  • Exemplary integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • A collaborative personality that contributes to a productive work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quantum is preferred.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Capable of making sound decisions and managing deadlines under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with colleagues and management.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
