About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Account Manager to join our team at Capital Electric. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through product sales and services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing leadership to our sales departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the electrical or industrial sector
  • Strong understanding of electrical products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
