Job Description

Luxury Watch Company is seeking a Supply Chain Management Specialist to oversee the efficient management of luxury watch shipments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling deliveries, coordinating returns, and resolving any shipping-related issues that may arise.

In this role, you will work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless execution of high-volume orders while maintaining exceptional standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule deliveries to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely arrival of luxury watches.
  2. Coordinate returns, including domestic and international shipments, to minimize delays and maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Resolve shipping-related issues through effective communication with FedEx and other stakeholders.
  4. Prepare and issue detailed invoices, warranty cards, and appraisals for accurate record-keeping.
  5. Collaborate with Malca-Amit to ensure secure transportation and handling of high-value shipments.
  6. Use ShipStation and FedEx Ship Manager to monitor shipments, send updates, and respond to customer inquiries.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage complex shipping operations with precision and composure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of shipping software and systems, preferably ShipStation and FedEx Ship Manager.
  • Experience with international shipping and customs documentation is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record-keeping.
