Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Tatte Holdings LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and inventorying all ingredients and packaging for our Boston Bakery. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading products to other cafes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency. They must be able to maintain accurate records, manage time effectively, and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inventory Management: Count and record commissary-related inventory at the commissary, receives, verifies, and checks quality and quantity of commissary deliveries.
  • Inventory Tracking and Maintenance: Maintain FIFO and tracks waste, schedules and is responsible for the two-person sanitation team onsite.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter inventory information into Crunchtime, maintains clean and organized storage areas adhering to company standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with store managers, kitchen staff, company supervisors/managers, and external vendors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
  • Sufficient Interpersonal Skills: Sufficient interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all internal and external situations.
  • Availability: Availability to occasionally work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, manipulate, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,600 per year, paid bi-weekly ($19/hour).
