Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Host/Hostess to join our team at SWRG INC in Wellesley, MA. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and seat them efficiently, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the seating chart, monitor wait times, and provide accurate information to guests.
  • Handle reservations, take-out, and delivery orders with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Perform regular restroom checks, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout service.
  • Set up the host stand and coat check, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess preferred.
  • Working knowledge of OpenTable and online ordering systems a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
