In a facility as expansive as ours, teamwork is essential to maintain smooth operations. As a PetSmart associate, you may receive training in several areas:

  • Customer Interaction: You will be the friendly face that welcomes pets and makes a great first impression in our Pet Hotels. You will guide pet owners on the various services and options we provide to create a tailored experience for their pets.
  • Animal Care: It's not all work and no play You will directly interact with the pets—engaging with them during Doggie Day Camp, ensuring they get ample exercise, and keeping their meals on schedule. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities, and we maintain these standards throughout their playtime.

  • Gain experience across different business units—from the Pet Hotel to retail to grooming services.

The wage range for this position is $15.00 to $26.34 per hour, based on location, position, and experience level. This position is compensated on an hourly basis and is eligible for benefits as outlined.
