We're seeking a talented Pet Grooming Salon Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our salon team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing our associates, and ensuring the highest standards of pet care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and train new salon associates, ensuring they meet our high standards for pet care and customer service.
  • Perform Hands on Pet (HOP) assessments to recommend services and build trust with pet parents.
  • Lead by example, performing dog grooming services to breed standards and client preferences.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store, taking immediate action when necessary.
About Your Career

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $18.81 to $38.67, paid on an hourly basis. Exact rate of pay will be based on location, position, and experience level. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the minimum wage for the location in which you have applied. This position is also eligible for benefits.
