Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at Regency at the Park. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality resident care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medication assistance and administration, as well as nursing services to residents.
  • Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Support residents in maintaining their dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality.
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Review and update resident care documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate health emergencies and take appropriate medical measures within the scope of LPN practice.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
