Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Practice Manager to join our team at Yuma Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our primary and specialty care physician practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure the viability of existing programs and optimize physician productivity.
  • Analyze patient demand and develop schedules to meet patient care standards and service expectations.
  • Evaluate current contractual agreements and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement, reduce costs, and increase provider productivity.
  • Audit practice financial information and propose changes to decrease claims denials and bad debt.
  • Provide human resource management for the area of responsibility, including ensuring appropriate staff are available to meet the needs of the facility.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with contracted health insurance plans, enrollment and claims services, and medical review functions.
Requirements
  • YRMC Fleet Safety Clearance
  • Associate's degree
  • 5+ years of related experience, including 1+ years of supervisory experience
