Welcome to Global Refuge, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving newcomers seeking safety and support in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Regional Supervision Manager for our Refugee Services department.

Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of $83,500 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits and a rewarding work environment. As a Regional Supervision Manager, you will be responsible for providing supervision to case management staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to unaccompanied immigrant children released from federal custody.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise case management activities and ensure compliance with ORR policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support to case management staff and ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's progress and services provided, utilizing social work best practices.
  • Participate in LIRS trainings on cultural competence, service provision, and LIRS policies and procedures.
  • Oversee quality documentation submission by staff, in compliance with LIRS policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional license or eligibility to obtain.
  • At least three years' experience in child welfare programs, with administrative supervision and clinical supervision experience.
  • Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect families to services.
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills.
