Cloud ERP/HCM Sr/Managing Consultant

Elire is seeking a seasoned Cloud ERP/HCM Sr/Managing Consultant to join our Managed Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of resources that support our Cloud ERP and HCM clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of resources that support our Cloud ERP and HCM clients
  • Be the client-facing representative of Elire for our Cloud Managed Services area
  • Manage the daily ticket queue within the Elire Help Desk and assist with the triage and delegation of tasks to the appropriate team members
  • Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly client meetings to ensure their needs are being met and tickets are being resolved in a timely manner
  • Conduct team meetings to help manage workload and remove blockers
  • Assist an Elire Partner in creating the yearly Managed Services Cloud budget
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with new prospects or RFPs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle EBS Financials/HCM, Workday Financials/HCM, or Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud as a Functional Specialist/Consultant
  • Experience across multiple functional areas such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Financial Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivables
  • Extensive experience in managing a pool of resources, gathering business requirements, performing functional fit/gap analysis, presenting best practices, creating current & future process flow diagrams, performing risk analysis, recommending solutions, alternatives & workarounds
  • Creating functional specs for tech teams, configuring, creating testing strategies, test scenarios, & test scripts, leading all phases of the implementation/upgrade life-cycle
  • Effective liaison between client executive teams, business analysts, and technical teams, works well with clients and other consultants
  • Able to effectively deliver and express ideas to clients through presentations both in-person and virtually
