- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including referrals, consultations, and follow-up care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care environment.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
