Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
