We are seeking a skilled Labor & Delivery RN to provide exceptional care to obstetric patients in our patient-centered care model.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida. A BSN is preferred, and the ability to obtain Neonate Resuscitate certification within 30 days of employment start date is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation, advocating for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team, and analyzing assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
They will also participate in routine delivery as well as planned or emergent Cesarean Sections, act as an advocate for patient safety, and ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
