Resort Operations Specialist

The Dispatcher role is responsible for providing timely and accurate communications and record keeping required for the resort operations team. This includes answering telephone and radio calls in Dispatch, performing continuous monitoring of a radio channel system and dispatch phone line, and coordinating emergency travel needs for rescue services arriving at the resort.
Key Responsibilities- Answer all telephone and radio calls in Dispatch
- Provide timely and accurate communications and record keeping
- Keep accurate and up-to-date daily, weekly, and seasonal Dispatch logs and other records related to assigned duties
- Perform continuous monitoring of a radio channel system and dispatch phone line
- Coordinate emergency travel needs for rescue services arriving at the resort
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
The estimated salary for this position is $20.00 - $22.76 per hour, offering some of the highest compensation rates in the industry.
