Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a leading staffing agency providing top talent to the healthcare industry. We are currently seeking a skilled Medical Claims Examiner for our client located in the Southside of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

This hybrid, full-time contract-to-hire position will involve auditing medical and facility claims as well as processing claims for our client. The ideal candidate will have full cycle medical claims processing experience, with the ability to analyze and audit claims and possess keen attention to detail.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of full cycle medical claims processing experience.
  • Familiarity with multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office, is essential.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
  • Strong ability to work independently and meet production metrics as needed.
  • The ability to make sound judgment calls, analyze data, and find resolutions is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment is vital.
Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is estimated at $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
