Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to manage daily store functions and lead our team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to strategically manage workforce planning and payroll, ensuring effective scheduling aligned with customer traffic and sales analysis.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team by implementing targeted hiring strategies that reflect the expertise and diversity of our community.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members, addressing performance issues and making informed recommendations regarding promotions and terminations.
  • Plan and organize store operations for the upcoming quarter, enhancing the shopping experience by identifying areas for improvement and validating key operational processes.
  • Directly oversee assigned departments, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, including product presentation, pricing, and signage.
  • Enforce operational guidelines and brand standards, holding team members accountable for customer service excellence and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and safety regulations, while promoting a culture of security and loss prevention.
  • Prioritize the training and development of both yourself and your team, integrating learning opportunities into daily operations to foster growth and accountability.
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture by building trust and respect among team members, promoting open communication, and creating an engaging environment.
  • Encourage inclusivity within the store, ensuring that all team members and customers feel valued and welcomed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail management or a customer-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
