  • Proven capability to build trust, foster positive relationships, and promote an inclusive culture
  • Extensive experience in leading high-stakes, complex negotiations and contract formulation
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple intricate projects with tight timelines and competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate across various disciplines, including engineering, manufacturing, project management, legal, and finance
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including financial and bid analysis, with a keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
