Procurement Specialist Opportunity

We are partnering with an innovative space robotics company to find a motivated Procurement Specialist to join their dynamic team.

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll play a key role in facilitating essential purchasing activities. Collaborate with program teams and engage directly with key vendors to ensure that materials, goods, and services are acquired at the best price and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing activities, including creating purchase orders and recording bills
  • Oversee expense reporting processes and categorize spending
  • Research and identify potential suppliers for specialized parts and materials
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Support inventory tracking and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong understanding of pricing frameworks
  • Self-motivated and able to meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with supply chains in aerospace or technology sectors is a plus
