Key Responsibilities:

This collaborative approach enables us to establish a structured multi-agency care coordination protocol aimed at eliminating barriers and ensuring timely access to appropriate care for youth and families.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with three years of relevant experience in a social services role. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with one year of experience in a lower-level position, such as Social Services Technician 2 or an equivalent role.
