To support our growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Munich.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and managing customer orders, including creating and sending offers, order confirmations, and invoices in a database-supported environment.
  • Performing general office tasks such as maintaining master data, filing documents, ordering office supplies, and other administrative duties.
  • Handling general correspondence and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through telephone and written communication in German.
  • Assuming additional administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our daily business.
