Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure adherence to contract specifications and maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Document daily operations and facilitate necessary inspections.
  • Identify and mitigate construction-related risks in collaboration with architects and engineers.
  • Oversee the performance of onsite staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Implement Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) protocols as required.
  • Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders and contribute to progress meetings.
  • Manage the delivery and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Uphold safety standards and regulations at the job site.

Required Skills:
  • Exceptional scheduling, coordination, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Proficient in documentation and risk management techniques.
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years as a Construction Superintendent).
  • Experience in medical construction environments is preferred.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification and CPR Certification are required.
  • Experience with Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) is advantageous.
  • Experience in federal construction projects is a plus.

Working Conditions:
  • Regular travel to various job sites and meetings.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing, and occasionally lifting objects up to 60 pounds.
